Terms and Conditions of Sale

Welcome to Sandygo.store. These terms apply to purchases of baby essentials, apparel, teethers and gift sets from our website. Please read them before placing an order.

1. About us

Sandygo.store is based in the United Kingdom. For questions about an order or these terms, email info@sandygo.store.

2. Products and safety

Product descriptions, materials and care instructions are provided on the relevant product pages. Colours and textures may vary slightly from photographs. Always follow the product's age guidance, safety warnings and care instructions. Baby products such as teethers must be used with appropriate adult supervision.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We will email an order acknowledgement, and will notify you when the order is accepted and dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or there is a pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for the affected item.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable tax and delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. You can pay using the methods offered at checkout; availability may vary. Payment is processed through our checkout.

5. Delivery

We currently intend to deliver to UK addresses only. Available destinations, delivery options, charges and estimated times are confirmed at checkout and may vary by product or supplier. Items in one order may be dispatched separately. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided, unless the law provides otherwise.

6. Cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer buying online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. To tell us you wish to cancel, email info@sandygo.store with your order number. We will explain how to return the items. Certain sealed goods may be exempt from cancellation for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, where the legal exemption applies; ordinary clothing and muslins are not automatically excluded. Return postage for a change of mind may be your responsibility where permitted by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Faulty goods

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact info@sandygo.store with your order number and details. Your rights under UK consumer law are not affected by our returns process.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when you place that order.
